Last weekend was the yearly RSGB Convention (HFC), this year though I took the Intermediate exam on the Saturday afternoon and I’m pleased to report I passed and now have the callsign 2E0SQL.. I did give it a short airing this afternoon and worked 33 QSOs first being a KN4 which isn’t bad going.
Guess its time to start thinking about the advance exam now.

Nice on the callsign. It is distinctive, unique, and has a sound of rare DX. Likewise, I note the software developer resonating in 2E0SQL additionally your creativity and thoughtfulness.

Thanks Scot, I tried to keep the callsigns nice and geeky.. just need to work on passing the Advance exam and get an M0 callsign!
