QSLing

Getting hold of one of my cards should be relatively easy aslong as you remember the following:

  1. Cards sent with a self-addressed envelope and return postage will be replied to by airmail.
  2. Cards sent with inadequate postage may be returned direct, unless the difference is significant, in which case they will be returned via the bureau.
  3. Cards received via the bureau will be returned via the bureau
  4. Cards requested using the web interface will be returned via the bureau
  5. eQSL™ cards are accepted and my log is normally uploaded on a monthly basis.
  6. Cards relating to QSOs which are not in the log will be returned marked ‘Not in Log’
  7. SWL cards are most welcome.
  8. I do not use Logbook of the World and at this point have no plans to use it.
  9. For the purpose of this advice, ‘return postage’ should be interpreted as one of the following:
    1. For UK residents only: A first or second class stamp
    2. For residents of other European countries only: A British E stamp
    3. 1 valid new-style IRC
    4. 1 ‘green stamp’

Notes:

  • 4, 5 & 8 are not relevant to G5LO cards
  • For most envelopes, 10g will hold 3 cards

Watch out for

  1. Request QSL Card service.
  2. Information about G5LO qsl cards.
